Selection of papers for presentation will be based on a one or two page abstract, provided as a digital copy (e-mail document) which shall be either submitted through our web portal or forwarded to the paper selection Secretary by email to: secretariat@pianc-copedec2020.org  before 1 September 2019.

The deadline will be the same for the receipt of completed applications for fellowship support to attend the Conference. The papers will be reviewed by International Paper Selection Committee, which is scheduled to meet in January 2020. The Authors are advised to keep note of the following timeline:

• Receipt abstracts along with fellowship applications by Secretary of PSC –  September 1, 2019

• Meeting of the Paper Selection Committee –January 2020

• Notification of acceptance of Abstracts – February 2020

• Notification of fellowship award – February 2020

• Receipt of revised Abstracts by Secretary of  PSC – March 1, 2020

• Submission of full paper for inclusion in Conference  CD  &  Early  registration – July 1, 2020

 

The Papers must be presented at the Conference by one of the Authors, and the main Author must guarantee such a presentation. Presenting authors will be entitled  to a  reduced Registration Fee. Selected Papers  will  be  presented  within a maximum of four (4) parallel  sessions. Twenty  (20)  minutes  will  be allocated  for  each  presentation,  followed by five (5)  minutes  for  discussion.
